Caroline graduated from Bournemouth University in 2010 with a First-Class Honours degree in Applied Art and Design. She began working in her chosen medium of anodised aluminium in 2007.

Caroline hand prints with her own unique designs cut into small printing blocks using a lino cutter. She then dyes using industrial anodising dyes and powder paints to vibrant effect to create a range of contemporary jewellery, home accents and small-scale sculpture. She takes her inspiration from a broad number of sources. The jewellery collection she has been developing over the past two years continues to grow, following inspiration from recent trips to Cambridge, where Caroline was able to visit the collections at The Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology and become inspired by costumes and jewellery from Africa, North and South America and Indonesia.

Travel around both the UK and abroad has a big impact on Caroline’s colour choices; regular trips to Devon and Cornwall to walk the coast path and surf, encourage her to play with the light, shade, greens and blues.
