Submitting work to the gallery

We welcome artists to submit work for consideration. Please introduce your work to us by email (click here for address)

We specialise in work that has been made by hand in the UK.

In your email please include:

• A link to your website or instagram

• A couple of images of the work that you submitting for consideration with dimensions

• Retail prices of your work (there isn’t any need to if you have a shop on your website with retail prices)

We respond to each submission, however due to the large number of submissions we won’t give detailed feedback to non-successful applicants.

We sell the following :

Prints

We specialise in hand-pulled limited edition prints, that haven’t also been reproduced as Glicee, Riso or Gocco prints. We will ask for a selection of 4-10 prints of a similar size from successful printmakers. We display prints unframed, backed in cardboard and wrapped in plastic in the gallery.

Illustrations

We will ask for 2-4 original illustrations of a similar size, that haven’t also been reproduced as Glicee, Riso or Gocco prints. We display illustrations unframed, backed in cardboard and wrapped in plastic in the gallery.

Ceramics

We will ask for a selection of 10-25 pieces from successful ceramists.

Glass

We will ask for a selection of 10 pieces from successful glass artists.

Jewellery

We will ask for a selection of 25 pieces from successful Jewellers. We specialise in Gold and Silver Jewellery. We are not taking on any new polymer clay or plastic jewellery.

Textiles

During the winter months we sell a large range of hand-made knitwear (hats, scarves and gloves). We also sell bags and tea towels that have been printed by hand in the UK.

Christmas Decorations

We have a large range of Christmas decorations each year. We would order about 25 decorations from successful artists. The decorations will be hand-made and hand printed or painted.

Cards

We work directly with artists and don’t buy cards from wholesale companies. We would choose a minimum of 6 cards of 6 designs of the same size from successful artists. We sell cards ‘naked'‘ without plastic.

We don't sell paintings, candles, clothes, furniture, cosmetics, concrete, resin, digital prints or photography.
